Support Our 2026 Young Adults Mission Trip to Lebanon

From January 2–11, 2026, Living With Power Ministries (LWP) will be taking a team of young adults to Lebanon for a life-changing mission trip. This experience will not only allow them to serve communities in need but will also ignite their passion for Jesus and help shape their calling.

OUR MISSION GOALS

During our time in Lebanon, the team will take part in:

  • Providing medical care for people in need
  • Engaging local youth through a sports camp
  • Participating in educational programs led by our partners at Warm House Lebanon
  • Visiting our Community Center
  • Restocking our local pharmacy with essential medications
  • Helping students discover what it means to make a difference—no matter their gifts, experience, or skill set

Meet the team

Mason Grabowski

Major: Hospitality
Fun Fact: I like milk.
Why this mission trip: I believe this mission trip is a wonderful opportunity for me to grow in my faith and strengthen my walk with Jesus. I’m looking forward to serving others, strengthening communities, and doing so in His name.

Josh Mayo

Major: Psychology
Fun fact: I love to cook. My favorite dishes to make are shrimp etouffee, beef wellington, and salsa roja.
Why this mission trip: I went on a mission trip with LWP in 2023 and could not have been more blown away by the work Christ allowed us to do. Preaching the gospel openly to children from a completely different background is one of the greatest joys a follower of Christ can have and is the biggest reason I’m going.

Will McNulty

Recent graduate at Illinois Wesleyan University
Fun fact: I played college soccer.
Why this mission trip: I went on the 2025 Uganda with LWP, Africa trip and was blown away at the impact we made on people, being there for such a short period of time. Over the past few years my faith has grown tremendously, and the Uganda trip was fuel to the fire. I’m looking forward to bringing those we serve hope, relief, energy, and to share the love of Christ with all we encounter.

Ben Sahakian

Major: Biological Sciences, Pre-Dental
Fun Fact: I have a cool aunt.
Why this mission trip: I think the best way to lead is through service. As someone who has been on mission trips before, I know how much of an opportunity it is to serve overseas. To be able to go serve with other young men of God is something I wanted to seize immediately. I can’t wait to shine the light of Christ in Lebanon!

Nomar Tejada

Major: Applied Economics and Management
Fun fact: I have 13 dogs.
Why this mission trip: When the Lord opens doors to serve especially to the less fortunate, it’s a tremendous blessing and opportunity to shine His light. I can’t wait to assist and spread the gospel in any way possible alongside some of my closest friends. The Lord is doing tremendous things and I’m just excited to move forward His kingdom

Why Lebanon?

Lebanon is home to more than two million Syrian refugees, many living in vulnerable conditions. Since 2016 LWP has been committed to bringing PEACE to those in need.

Our ongoing relief work includes: a pharmacy running year-round, a school for 175 children, bi-yearly medical clinics, educational programs for women, teens, and children, Health Awareness initiatives, partnerships that strengthen local communities, and more.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We are inviting you to partner with us by supporting a young adult going on this mission trip. Our goal is to raise $25,000 by December 20 to help offset the cost of flights, accommodations, food, and transportation for the team.

Your generosity will directly impact not only the communities we serve in Lebanon, but also the next generation of leaders who are stepping out in faith to serve.
