I told my friend Tina recently that I feel like I’m on a Roller Coaster with the Lord lately.

So much is going on – in a good way – but it’s overwhelming and scary – in a good way.

I’d like to fill you in on some things if you have a minute:

#1 THRIVE

My book Thrive: the Single Life as God intended comes out in just 2 months. It’s awesome, but it’s freaky. I keep worrying: “what if no one buys it?” Then I try to convince myself that it doesn’t really matter. But truthfully, I am praying it does sell and that God’s name is glorified.

I’m putting together some free resources from the book that I’ll be giving away on the blog. I also will have a Free Discussion Guide also available on the blog.

I could still sure use your help with spreading the word about it as we get closer to the date. I’ll be more specific soon, but here’s a link to the book in case you want to find out more!

#2 WOMEN OF FAITH

A couple of months ago, my friend Lisa Harper called and asked if I’d help her do some work with Women of Faith. Lisa is an amazing woman of God. She’s been a friend of mine for some time, and she describes herself as the “Jesus Police” for woman of faith.

All I know is that she’s put together in AWESOME line up of Bible teachers for the upcoming Women of Faith season, and YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS this event if it’s near you! It is through WOF that I’ve had a chance to meet some great new friends like Lisa Bevere and Christine Caine and Angie Smith and Jen Hatmaker and Lysa Terkeurst, and Sheila Walsh and Holly Wagner and Angela Thomas.

I love every one of them, but more importantly, they each LOVE JESUS more than anything! You’re going to be hearing me tell more about them soon too. For now, check out the WOF site for upcoming events near you and grab some tickets for your friends and GO!

#3 BIBLE STUDIES

Did you know that I have 3 Bible Studies available for you? The Unconventional Series is a study of the gospel of Luke, the Upside Down Series is a study of Acts, and Rescued is my current study in Genesis. They are each 25 weeks-ish long, and go through each book chapter by chapter. The workbooks include 5 days of homework each week.

The studies are practical and Awesome! They will grow your faith and draw you closer to Jesus. I’m going to make the audios available for FREE on this site soon. I also have audio sets for each study that you can buy, and a DVD option for Acts and Genesis.
